Exec Command: +SBDD[]
This command is used to clear the mobile originated buffer, mobile terminated buffer or both.
The parameter identifies which buffers are cleared.

Clearing the MT/MO Buffers
Using this command or power cycling the phone are the only means by which both
buffers are cleared.
Relevant on the 9602-SB, this command does not clear the Codephase data buffer (see
+SBDCW), which may therefore still be sent in the next mobile originated SBD message.
The mobile terminated (MT) buffer will be cleared when an SBD session is initiated.
Sending a message from the ISU to the ESS does not clear the mobile originated (MO)
buffer.
Reading a message from the ISU does not clear the mobile terminated buffer.
