Selecting an external antenna
You must use an Iridium-approved external antenna. Rock 7 recommend these manufacturers:
Do not use a GPS antenna!
If you are planning a long (>1.5m) cable run between RockBLOCK and the antenna, then you must use a suitable grade of coaxial cable to avoid loss.
